Not received your order?
Delivery of most products is just 2 to 3 days, but for custom length options please allow 5 to 6 days. If you have been waiting for longer than this, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
Received Damaged Goods?
Quality is one of our primary focuses, so if you have received your order and discovered any damage or manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve this for you.
Need to return your order?
If you need to return your order, please contact us by phone or by email (email@example.com) Please note that cut to length products, logo mats or any other custom made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
