Our Ladder Inspection safety tag inserts are designed for use on ladders to provide with vital safety information, including when the ladder was last inspected, a reference number, and the next inspection due date. There is also a safety checklist on the reverse side.

All ladders should be checked daily for any faults or damage. The correct use of these tags establishes a clear safety record, and conforms to the Work at Height Regulations 2005. These regulations apply to work at height where there is a risk of fall liable to cause personal injury.

These Ladder Inspection Safety Tag inserts are designed to be used with AssetTag holders which can be attached to a ladder, clearly indicating whether or not it's safe to use. The removal of the insert reveals the 'Do not use this equipment' message on the holder, warning users that the ladder has failed an inspection.

By using these tags, you can enable enable employees to regularly check ladders and record any maintenance to in order to comply with the Work at Height Regulations 2005. These regulations apply to both internal and external work at height, and below ground level and at low height.
