What are Euro Container Trolleys?

Euro Container Trolleys are a practical and easy way to load and move Euro Trays containing parts, components, food and other items. A Euro Container Trolley has castors, so they can be moved easily between production, warehouse and loading areas. This minimises the risk of injury, strain or fatigue from the manual handling task and greatly speeds up production processes.

Each Euro Container Trolley includes enough Euro Trays to fill the rack. When loading the rack, slide the Euro Containers onto the fixed metal tray supports and use the metal straps to prevent the trays from being pushed through.

Once the boxed items are stored on the Tray Rack, they are ready for picking or use – a great way of encouraging tidy and efficient workplaces. Ideal for storing and transporting nuts, bolts, fixings and other small parts.

For anyone needing a Euro Container Trolley for use in food preparation and handling areas, our Food Grade Mobile Plastic Tray is resistant to temperatures of -30^oc to +60^oc and washable up to +110^oc. It is available in racks with 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16 polyethylene trays that are food grade and non-toxic, making this Euro Container Trolley suitable for small catering outlets and larger food production facilities.

Our Fixed Level Mobile Workshop Euro Tray Rack is supplied with three Euro Trays and is designed with racks at heights of 200mm, 700mm and 1,200mm, so it’s very easy to reach the right part or component without having to slide a tray out to reach the item or double-check that it's the right one. The top two trays of our Tilting Mobile Workshop Euro Tray Rack can be tilted for easier access to the right item while working. All other design features are the same as our Fixed version.
