The bin and salt bags will be delivered on a pallet, so a forklift or pallet truck plus tail lift is needed. The included marine-grade white de-icing salt conforms to BS3247:2011, the British Standard for de-icing salt when used on highways. It quickly dissolves ice and snow from pathways, entrances, and other outdoor public spaces, without leaving any muddy grit behind. This salt is almost 100% sodium chloride, harvested from sustainable marine sources around the Mediterranean sea, and can be applied by hand or using spreaders. We offer free delivery for orders over £45 (excluding VAT), provided your location is within mainland UK. If your order is under £45, there's a delivery fee of £4.95 plus VAT. If there's a problem with your order, or if you're not satisfied with the quality, we're here to help. Just remember to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you reach out to us, we'll guide you through what to do next, which usually involves sending us a photo of the issue. Based on this, we can either refund you or send you a replacement.
