Delivery & Returns Information

Delivery Costs

Standard delivery costs are £4.50 +VAT

For all orders over £45 +VAT, delivery is automatically free across mainland UK.

For highlands, Island and Northern Ireland, shipping rates can vary;

  • Highlands & Islands = £22.50 +VAT for 1 standard size mat
  • Northern Ireland = £25.95 +VAT for 1 standard size mat

For orders of more than 1 mat, heavy or oversized items, we may need to increase the delivery cost. In these situations, we will provide a quote or contact you shortly after your order is placed.



Not received your order?

Most orders are delivered within the times quoted on our website, but delays do occasionally happen.

If you would like an update on your order - Please contact us and we will get back to you with an update as a priority.

Received damaged or faulty products?

If you have found a fault with your order, or are just unhappy with the quality, we are here to help you. However, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

After you contact us, we will advise on the next steps which in most cases means sending photographic proof of the issue. We can then provide either a refund or a replacement for you.


Want to Return Your Order?

If you have changed your mind and want to return your order for a refund, this can normally be arranged. There are some products that cannot be returned due to being custom made or cut such as;

  • Coir matting of any kind or any size, including predetermined sizes.
  • Other matting in any cut length or custom size
  • Rubber sheeting in any cut length or custom size
  • Logo Mats
  • Social Distancing Dividers and Screens
  • Cough/Sneeze Screens
  • Consumables and Liquids that have been opened
  • Some health and first aid items

To arrange a return - Please notify us within 14 days from receipt of your order. Goods must be put back in their original packaging and sealed suitably for transit.

Please also ensure that the goods are in their original condition and haven't been modified in any way.

Customers are responsible for paying the delivery costs of a returned order. We will provide you with an address for one of our warehouses where you should send your order back to, along with any labels or reference numbers to be included on the box.

Refunds will be issued, minus delivery charges, once the goods have been received and inspected by the warehouse.

For non-domestic customers, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund.
