We are still currently open and accepting orders. Most orders are being delivered within the normal lead times, however please allow an extra couple of days as courier services are busier than normal.
If there are any problems or long delays expected with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Free UK Delivery
All of our products are eligible for free delivery within the UK
Note that free delivery only applies to shipments in mainland UK. For other areas including the Highlands and Islands, carriage costs will need to be quoted in advance as normal.
For international shipping, please contact us for a quotation.
As our warehouse is closed during the Christmas break, orders placed between 20th December and 2nd January will be delivered during the first 2 weeks in January.
Most of our products are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of order, but delays do happen on occasion. If you have placed an order but have not yet received your goods, please contact us with your order number and we will provide you with an update.
If you wish to return an item you have purchased from us, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the date of delivery. We will then arrange for the item to be returned to us which must take place within 14 days from notification.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned :-
- Customised or made to measure items.
- Logo Mats
- Workstation Dividers
- Cough/Sneeze Screens
- Consumables and Liquids that have been opened
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :-
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To return a product contact us within 14 days of receipt of item via either email or post and we will send you a returns number and address to send the items back to.
Please then make a note of the returns number on the outside of the package and return the goods at your expense to the address supplied making sure that the goods are in an unused condition and are still in their original packaging. We advise you to use an insured delivery service.
In the unlikely occurrence of manufacturing defects, we will happily replace or refund the products affected. This applies to our entire range including custom size and logo mats. Please do not modify the mat yourself in any way as this will invalidate the warranty. Instead, you should notify us as soon as a defect is detected so that we can take action immediately.
Defects reported 30 days after delivery cannot be replaced or refunded
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less delivery charges, within 21 days.
If the correctly supplied product is not faulty then we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking charge.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When we dispatch your order you will be sent a despatch notification. In the event that you do not receive your order you should notify us no later than 5 working days after the despatch notification, claims for non delivery will be invalid after this period.
