The story

Jarred, Site Safety Manager at A.M.T Construction, needed a practical matting option for a new construction site proposal after problems with rented mats, late deliveries and added costs on longer projects.

The challenge

The company had relied on matting hire, but overruns made it expensive. Previous poor-quality mats and late deliveries also affected site safety and efficiency.

The solution

Jarred selected SiteStep Walkway Matting Roll from First Mats. The 100cm x 10.5m rubber matting was laid as walking routes across the site to help create safer, cleaner pedestrian access, with integrated mud-scraping holes and easy hose or pressure-wash cleaning.

The result
