We offer a range of standard sizes starting from 60cm x 40cm up to 200cm x 200cm. Custom sizes are made to order up to 200cm wide and 550cm long. If you're not sure where to start, the most popular sizes are 60cm x 85cm for a single doorway, and 85cm x 150cm for double-door entrances.

Logo mats are priced by size, not by the design. The number of colours, logos or the complexity of the artwork makes no difference to the price. Larger mats cost more because they use more material, and custom sizes cost a little more than standard sizes because they are cut to order.

We do not recommend very small text on a logo mat. As a guide, text or line details below 3mm can disappear in printing and wear more quickly under foot traffic. We can produce logo mats in sizes from 60cm x 40cm up to 200cm x 200cm, plus custom sizes, which can help give text more room to stay clear and legible. QR codes can also be printed but should not be too small.

Send your logo in the best quality you have. A PDF or high-resolution PNG is ideal, in RGB colour, with a transparent background where possible. Vector files work well but are not essential, and CMYK artwork is converted for you. If you are supplying print-ready artwork, allow a 3mm bleed all round. Low-resolution files can make the proof look pixelated, so a sharper file always gives a better result.

Yes — a logo mat can be supplied without the black rubber border, for example when it is being fitted into a recessed entrance or mat well. The borderless version is intended for fitting into a matwell or recess rather than as an edge finish, as the edge is cut carpet material rather than a finished trim. We usually recommend keeping the border where the mat is not recessed, as it helps reduce the trip risk.
