How long does delivery take?
Each product comes with a specified lead time for delivery. We'll keep you informed if there are any delays in meeting this timeline.
Typically, once you’ve finalised your order and approved the proof, it will take 4-5 business days to make and deliver your finished mat.

Will all of my items be delivered together?
We do our best to ship your items in one go, but occasionally, orders might come from different locations. If that happens, we'll send you separate tracking links for each part of your order.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
At the moment, we're able to deliver select items to Northern Ireland. If you're keen, the best approach is to Contact us, sharing the item(s) you're interested in and your postcode. We'll calculate the delivery costs for you and get back to you with the details.
I need a VAT invoice for my order
Right after you place your order, the email confirmation you receive includes a link to download the VAT invoice. If you've misplaced this email, don't worry—you can download VAT invoices directly from your account.
How do I return an item?

How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure the items are in their original packaging and are unused. Please note, return delivery costs are usually covered by customers, except in cases where items are damaged or faulty on arrival.
Once you've let us know, we'll take it from there and guide you through every step of the return process, providing you with all the necessary details to get started.
What items can't be returned?
Items that can't be returned include those customised to your specifications, such as:
- Coir matting (all types and sizes)
- Matting and rubber sheeting that has been cut or customised
- Logo Mats
- Items that are not in a resaleable condition, I.e. used, or no longer in their original packaging.
Are there any costs involved?
Yes, there are costs involved if you're returning an item because it's no longer needed, or if the wrong colour or size was chosen. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to one of our warehouses. Additionally, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
