The story

Parkdean Resorts was refurbishing a swimming pool area and needed a durable matting product that could improve safety around the pool edge without making the area uncomfortable for guests.

The challenge

The site required heavy-duty matting that would help reduce slip risks caused by surface water while still providing a comfortable surface underfoot in a wet leisure environment.

The solution

Laura chose SlipProtect Heavy-Duty Swimming Pool Matting from First Mats. The raised duckboard-style design was installed around the pool edge to allow water to drain underneath the matting and provide a more comfortable barefoot walking surface.

The result
