Anti Slip Tape

Anti slip tape is used to add underfoot grip to smooth, worn or potentially slippery surfaces without needing major refurbishment. It is a practical choice for internal stairs, exterior steps, ramps, walkways, entrances and work areas where people need better traction and clearer footing.

For many buyers, self-adhesive anti-slip tape or pre-cut non slip strips are the quickest way to improve stair safety. This collection also includes black/yellow hazard variants for more visible step edges, transparent tape where a lower-profile finish is preferred, and more durable products such as stair nosings and GRP sheets for exposed or heavy-use locations.

• For stairs and step edges: pre-cut strips, panels and stair-specific products give neater, more consistent coverage.
• For exterior steps: choose products intended for outdoor use, and consider stair nosings or GRP sheets where the area is heavily exposed or sees frequent foot traffic.
• For ramps, walkways and general floor areas: anti-slip tape rolls are a flexible option that can be cut to suit the space.
• For warning edges and hazard marking: black/yellow tape helps draw attention to step fronts and higher-risk zones.
• For uneven, textured or awkward surfaces: conformable or foil-backed options are better suited than standard flat tape.
• For a less noticeable finish: transparent anti-slip tape adds grip without standing out as much visually.
• For broader coverage: wider tapes up to 150mm can cover more of the walking surface, while narrower strips are useful where space is limited.
• For longer-term heavy-duty use: rigid stair nosings and GRP sheets are often the better choice than tape alone.
