How does purchase on invoice with Two work?
Purchasing on invoice with Two comes at no extra cost to your business and allows you to process orders for dispatch in just a few minutes. All you need to do is provide us with your company name and your company’s invoice email address. Two then sends the invoice directly to your company, and you have 30 days to pay the invoice.
I’ve just received the invoice for my purchase, why do I need to pay Two and not First Mats?
First Mats uses Two as its invoice issuer for business purchases. Therefore, your company will receive an invoice from Two when your order with First Mats has been processed. Read more about Two here.
How do I request 30 Day Payment terms?
If you’d like to pay for your order on 30-day payment terms, simply give us a call on 0121 702 1659 with your Company Registration Number. A member of our team will guide you through the process and confirm your order promptly if eligible.

Does Two affect my credit score?
No, Two leaves no trace on your credit score. Simply choose to pay with Two and apply for net terms with the knowledge that you credit score remains the same.
How is my credit limit defined?
To calculate your credit limit Two uses your business data from your latest finanical accounts that you have submitted or your business bank account you might have given Two access to via Open Banking (UK buyers only).
We also use other information about your business such as the number of years in operation to derive a personalised credit limit that should closely match the purchasing needs of your business.
What if I accidentally pay the First Mats and not Two?
If you've accidentally paid First Mats instead of Two, please contact us directly.
We can then issue a refund of the payment, so you can pay the invoice directly to Two.
How do I pay my invoice?
Once an order has been fulfilled, Two will issue you with an invoice.
