We offer free delivery for orders over £45 (excluding VAT), provided your location is within mainland UK. If your order is under £45, there's a delivery fee of £4.95 plus VAT. Once you reach out to us, we'll guide you through what to do next, which usually involves sending us a photo of the issue. Based on this, we can either refund you or send you a replacement.
