Brush Matting is made from durable looped polypropylene fibres. This is designed to resemble the appearance of coir, with a brush-like texture that scrapes away dirt from shoes. The synthetic design of our Brush Matting makes it less prone to staining than natural Coir, plus it is also safe to use with underfloor heating systems.

Important: Please be aware that brush matting is cut for each order, even predetermined sizes, and is therefore subject to our returns policy.
The brush matting can be trimmed to fit your matwell using a Stanley Knife. We do recommend getting a piece at least 5cm (width and length) larger than your matwell to give you some room to trim it down when installing for a perfect fit.

We offer free delivery for orders over £45 (excluding VAT), provided your location is within mainland UK. If your order is under £45, there's a delivery fee of £4.95 plus VAT. Please be aware that for the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, shipping costs will be different. You can find all details about our delivery costs here.
If there's a problem with your order, or if you're not satisfied with the quality, we're here to help. Just remember to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you reach out to us, we'll guide you through what to do next, which usually involves sending us a photo of the issue. Based on this, we can either refund you or send you a replacement.
If you've had a change of heart and wish to return your order for a refund, we can usually accommodate this. However, please note that certain products are not returnable due to their custom nature or specific characteristics. To initiate a return, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll need to repack the items in their original packaging and make sure they're well-sealed for transport. It's also important to ensure that the items are in their original state and haven't been altered in any way. We'll then give you an address to one of our warehouses where you can send your items, as well as any necessary labels or reference numbers to include on the box.
