Cleaning method: Use a high pressure hose(not exceed 60psi) to remove the dirt and debris on the mats. For best results use a mild detergent (pH 4.0-9.0) to clean the mats. Do not use steam or degreasers or caustic chemicals. Do not mechanically scrub the mats.

We offer free delivery for orders over £45 (excluding VAT), provided your location is within mainland UK. If your order is under £45, there's a delivery fee of £4.50 plus VAT. If there's a problem with your order, or if you're not satisfied with the quality, we're here to help. Just remember to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you reach out to us, we'll guide you through what to do next, which usually involves sending us a photo of the issue. Based on this, we can either refund you or send you a replacement.

To initiate a return, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll need to repack the items in their original packaging and make sure they're well-sealed for transport.
