Double Layer ESD Antistatic Sheet Roll

Looking for rolls of reliable and durable ESD antistatic matting? Look no further than our Double Layer ESD Antistatic Sheet Roll. This matting is perfect for electrical component manufacturing applications and comprises two layers: a conductive bottom layer made of an NBR/NR blend and a static dissipating top layer made of synthetic rubber NBR. The structure of the sheet is such that both layers have an approximate 1:1 ratio in terms of thickness, making it a flexible and durable material.

Key Features:

  • Available in 10m rolls or custom lengths
  • Choose from 60cm or 120cm width
  • Nominal thickness of 2mm
  • Resistant to solder splatter, chemicals and flux
  • Surface Resistivity (Bottom Layer): 10³-10µ Ω
  • Surface Resistivity (Top Layer): 10·- 10¹ Ω

Additionally, the surface is resistant to high temperatures, flux, and most chemicals, making it easy to maintain and clean. Not to mention, our ESD antistatic sheet is also resistant to soldering iron and solder splatter, preventing dangerous sparks in volatile working environments.

So if you're looking for a reliable and durable ESD antistatic sheet, look no further than our Double Layer ESD Antistatic Sheet Roll!

First Mats - Product Scores

Anti Fatigue Anti-Fatigue - 1/3 This mat offers a small level of anti-fatigue properties. This is measured by ASTM D3547, which records the compression and decompression of the mat. The higher the rating the better its anti-fatigue qualities.
Slip Resistance Slip Resistance - 2/3 This mat provides Good slip resistance. This is measured by ASTM C1028-89 & DIN-E-51130, 51097, which tests the force required to cause slippage of a load across the mat. The higher the rating the higher the slip resistance
Wear Resistance Wear Resistance - 2/3 This mat offers Very Good resistance to wear. This is measured by ASTM D3844-92, which subjects the mat to 5000 cycles under an abrasive wheel. The higher the rating the longer the life span of the mat.
High Voltage Environments High Voltage - Suitable for high voltage environments
