The mat features a carbide-bonded rubber surface with 21 mm holes for efficient drainage, making it ideal for oily environments. With a height of 13 mm and a weight of 11 kg, it provides substantial support and stability. It offers excellent resistance to mineral oils and animal fats, and can withstand temperatures up to +70°C. The mat is designed for demanding locations such as engineering workshops and machine tool areas, where swarf is prevalent. It is slip-tested to DIN 51130 - R13 and manufactured through compression moulding, ensuring high tensile strength and elongation as per ASTM D412 standards. Installation is straightforward with a loose lay method, and cleaning is easy with a pressure hose and mild detergent or a commercial dishwasher.
