SturdySafe Blue Oil Resistant Anti-Fatigue Mat
The SturdySafe (Blue) is a superb combined Anti-Fatigue and Swarf Mat, completely suited for most industrial areas. Drainage holes allow water and oils to drain from the top surface whilst its open holed design means that swarf falls through the holes in order that the mat can be lifted and the debris swept away.
Materials
The secret to the SturdySafe Blue's resistance to oil and grease is due to the combination of Natural and Nitrile Rubber used in its construction. This also ensures that the mat offers excellent comfort and durability for its users.

This oil resistant Anti-Fatigue Mat is available in a single standard size of 90cm x 150cm which is ideal for most individual workstations. The thickness or thickness of the mat is 12mm.

The SturdySafe Blue Oil Resistant Anti Fatigue Mat (90cm x 150cm) is constructed from a durable rubber mix, incorporating over 50% recycled material, making it an eco-friendly choice. With a thickness of 16 mm and a textured surface featuring 22 mm holes, it ensures excellent drainage and slip resistance, tested to DIN 51130 - R10 standards. The mat is designed to withstand a wide range of temperatures, from -20°C to +130°C, and is resistant to water and most mild acids, making it suitable for both wet and dry indoor environments. Additionally, it offers UV resistance, ensuring longevity even in areas exposed to sunlight. Ideal for welding bays and machine tool areas with prevalent swarf, this mat can be easily installed using a loose lay method and cleaned with cold water, a vacuum cleaner, or a pressure washer. Note that silicone used in the production process may leave a residue on the mat.
