We offer free delivery for orders over £45 (excluding VAT), provided your location is within mainland UK. If your order is under £45, there's a delivery fee of £4.95 plus VAT. If there's a problem with your order, or if you're not satisfied with the quality, we're here to help. Just remember to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you reach out to us, we'll guide you through what to do next, which usually involves sending us a photo of the issue. Based on this, we can either refund you or send you a replacement.
