Our Swarf Catch Mat is a fantastic value rubber mat, with holes designed to catch and trap machine swarf making workshops safer and cleaner. The raised pattern of holes scrapes metal, wood and plastic swarf away from shoes keeping it isolated underneath the mat so it can be cleaned away later.
With a bevelled edge all the way around and its slip-resistant properties, the Swarf Catch Mat is the perfect companion for any professional machinist.
Made from natural rubber, the swarf catch mat provides the perfect combination of durability, slip resistance and comfort, helping to reduce the effects of fatigue caused by prolonged standing, an issue that often affects machinists. The flexibility of rubber means it can also be used on uneven floor surfaces.
This rubber mat is available in four standard sizes, 80cm x 120cm, 90cm x 150cm, 90cm x 297cm and 90cm x 594cm. The Thickness of the mat is 13mm.
The Swarf Catch Mat can be used in both dry and wet areas, in workshops with high levels of machining activity, near water pressure testing tanks, or in front of workbenches. These mats are extremely versatile and work brilliantly anywhere you need anti-fatigue and / or swarf trapping capabilities.
