StatMat - Anti-Static Floor Matting Kit

The StatMat is an ESD floor mat that works to stop the build up of static, keeping your staff and workplace safe. Buying a complete kit means you need everything you need to get up and running quickly, including the mat, a 2m grounding wire, 2 x heel grounders and an bonding plug to connect the lead to earth.

Due to the thickness of this mat, the StatMat has very good anti-fatigue qualities for employee comfort and greater productivity.

Anti-Fatigue Rating Anti-Fatigue - 2/3 This mat offers Very Good anti-fatigue properties. This is measured by ASTM D3547 which records the compression and decompression of the mat. The higher the rating the better its anti fatigue qualities.
Slip Resistance Slip Resistance - 1/3 This mat provides Good slip resistance. This is measured by ASTM C1028-89 & DIN-E-51130, 51097 which tests the force required to cause slippage of a load across the mat. The higher the rating the higher the slip resistance
Wear Resistance Wear Resistance - 2/3 This mat offers Very Good resistance to wear. This is measured by ASTM D3844-92 which subjects the mat to 5000 cycles under an abrasive wheel. The higher the rating the longer the life span of the mat.
High Voltage Environments High Voltage - Suitable for high voltage environments
Fire Resistant Fire Resistant - This mat is carries a flame retardancy certificate. Please check that this is suitable for your environment.

  • The mat is grounded through a 10mm male stud which is fitted to the mat.
  • The best performance of the mat is acquired through using a grounding wire.
  • Made from PVC foam (homogenous)
  • Suitable for dry indoor environments
  • Easily cleaned through brushing or mopping the top surface.
  • 9mm Thickness
  • Not to be used in High Voltage Areas that exceed 240 volts
  • Bevelled on all sides for a safer finish ( non trip ) 
  • The StatMat is fire retardent, conforming to FMVSS302

We offer free delivery for orders over £45 (excluding VAT), provided your location is within mainland UK. If your order is under £45, there's a delivery fee of £4.95 plus VAT. Please be aware that for the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, shipping costs will be different. You can find all details about our delivery costs here.



If there's a problem with your order, or if you're not satisfied with the quality, we're here to help. Just remember to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you reach out to us, we'll guide you through what to do next, which usually involves sending us a photo of the issue. Based on this, we can either refund you or send you a replacement.



If you've had a change of heart and wish to return your order for a refund, we can usually accommodate this. However, please note that certain products are not returnable due to their custom nature or specific characteristics. To initiate a return, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll need to repack the items in their original packaging and make sure they're well-sealed for transport. It's also important to ensure that the items are in their original state and haven't been altered in any way. We'll then give you an address to one of our warehouses where you can send your items, as well as any necessary labels or reference numbers to include on the box.
