Each kit is designed to cater to different site requirements. The medium kit includes a 300mm lockout bag, small ball valve lockout, multi-purpose cable lockout, vinyl coated hasps, red safety padlocks, 'do not operate' tags, an ultra-fine permanent pen, a caution lockout A-board, an adjustable gate valve, MCB lockouts, and a pneumatic lockout. The large kit, on the other hand, offers a more extensive range of equipment, including a larger lockout bag, additional safety padlocks, more 'do not operate' tags, multiple gate valve lockouts, a large plug/pneumatic lockout, a 3-phase dial lockout, and more. We offer free delivery for orders over £45 (excluding VAT), provided your location is within mainland UK. If your order is under £45, there's a delivery fee of £4.95 plus VAT. Please be aware that for the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, shipping costs will be different. You can find all details about our delivery costs here.



If there's a problem with your order, or if you're not satisfied with the quality, we're here to help. Just remember to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you reach out to us, we'll guide you through what to do next, which usually involves sending us a photo of the issue. Based on this, we can either refund you or send you a replacement.



If you've had a change of heart and wish to return your order for a refund, we can usually accommodate this. However, please note that certain products are not returnable due to their custom nature or specific characteristics. To initiate a return, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll need to repack the items in their original packaging and make sure they're well-sealed for transport. It's also important to ensure that the items are in their original state and haven't been altered in any way. We'll then give you an address to one of our warehouses where you can send your items, as well as any necessary labels or reference numbers to include on the box.
